Students who completed the Argon (TIG) Welding course in Güemes received their certificates, and several have already joined local mining companies.
The course was held between January and March in coordination with companies such as Ganfeng, BMI, and Oxitexa, aimed at training workers for the mining sector. The training included TIG techniques, the use of specific equipment, and technical processes in the field.
The Provincial University of Administration, Technology and Trades (UPATecO) highlighted that many graduates are already working in the local Industrial Park, and announced that new training programs will be offered in the coming months.
UPATecO courses aim to strengthen job placement in high-demand industrial sectors such as mining.
They are already part of the Job Board
